Our English literature teacher Miss Linda was new to teaching. But she always did her best to make learning
fun and pleasant. But the thing that truly solidified her spot as my favorite teacher was that for every student’s
birthday she would give us a personalized notebook.
It was just a simple small notebook, but she had filled the first page with her own words which made me
