西餐厅迎宾员岗位职责1、熟悉西餐厅的业务工作；2、仪容仪表端庄大方，衣着整洁，精神饱满；3、服从领班的领导指挥，积极n合楼面服务员的接待工作；4、善于运用礼貌语言和客人说话；5、掌握及了解客人的需求，迎接客人到满意的座位上，并主动递上菜单、饮品单，待服务员迎上前才离去；6、迎送客人要面带笑容，主动、热情、礼貌，做到客到有请声、客问有应声、客走有送声；7、走路要注意礼让，客过要让路，同行不抢道，迎客走在前，送客走在后；8、不断加强业务知识学习，提高服务水准和工作质量。
