部门职能项目部部门名称：项目部上级部门：科技公司下属部门：研发室部门本职：产品开发的组织安排主要职能：1.科技公司产品开发计划及总体运作规划的贯彻实施。2.内部管理制度制定，报批并执行。3.研发项目实施细则的制定，报批及实施。4.组织安排研发室研发工作。5.协调联络外界科研机构，做好有关产品或项目的委托研发。6.协调与集团公司有关部门工作关系。兼管职能：产品移交前生产公司工艺条件准备、营销公司策划准备指导工作管理。管辖范围：研发室产品研发过程及委托外界科研机构研发过程。
