2025年教学资料：高三下学期班主任工作总结
2012年高考成绩已经揭晓，我班喜获丰收：普通类本科上线30人，其中二本2人，三本28人；体育本科上线1人。 实践所悟：班主任是鼓风机，助燃学生的热情；班主任是充气筒，增添学生的豪气；班主任是导航仪，延伸学生脚下的路。 本学年度我担任高三九班班主任，高三班主任的担子是高中阶段最累最重的，面临高三年级下学期繁重的复习备考任务，既要认真高效组织好本学科教学工作，还要做深入细致的思想工作。本学期我主要从以下几个方面做好班主任工作： 一、为人师表，注重身教，做学生的表率 多年来的教育教学工作，我很注意提高自身修养，处处以身作则，做学生的榜样，要求学生做到的，首先自己做到...
