涉密会议保密管理制度
涉密会议保密管理制度第一条 凡组织举办涉及单位商业秘密的会议，必须在具备安全条件的场所进行，采取严格的安全保密措施，不得在公共场所特别是涉外宾馆、饭店召开涉密会议。并同时对与会人员进行保密教育，严格执行保密纪律。第二条 涉密会议举办前，单位保密部门应对会场扩音、录音设备进行保密检查。严禁使用无线话筒录音或以无线代替有线扩音设备以防泄密。第三条 对与会人员严格把关，会前应将名单呈报企业分管领导审定，他人不能代替参加会议，并进行签名登记。严禁与单位涉密会议无关人员进入会场。第四条 与会人员不得将手机带入涉及商业秘密会议的会场，因特殊原因带入会场的手机应取出电池。第五条 涉密会议工作人员要...
