部门职能生产定额室部门名称：生产定额室上级部门：生产部下属部门：工时定额员部门本职：劳动定额管理主要职能：（1）劳动定额管理。（2）劳动定额的统计、分析和考核。（3）制定工时定额的管理措施。（4）劳动定额的执行与修改。（5）根据劳动定额进行生产能力核算、平衡、制定先进合理的劳动定额。管辖范围：（1）生产定额室所属的办公场所和生产现场。（2）生产定额室所属的办公设备、公共设施、办公用品工时定额标准、统计台帐，及有关工时定额记录表格。
