职业危害因素告知书________先生/女士：根据《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》第三十条的规定，我公司应当将工作过程中可能产生的职业病危害及其后果、职业病防护措施和待遇等如实告知您，并在劳动合同中写明，不得隐瞒或者欺骗。在劳动合同期间，您的工作岗位发生变更并且变更的岗位存在职业病危害因素时，公司将重新告知并请您签署。您所在区域的岗位,存在职业病危害因素。如防护不当，该职业危害因素可能对您的身体造成一定程度的损害。在本岗位，公司已按照国家有关规定，对职业危害因素采取了职业病防护措施，并对您发放合适的个人防护用品。根据《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》第三十一条的规定，我公司将对您进行上岗前和在岗期间...
