自来水公司工作职责
篇一 公司职责
(一)、依法经营、安全生产、文明服务、争创效益。
(二)、满足城区居民及单位生活、生产用水需求，确保水压及出水厂水质符合
国家《饮用水卫生标准》。
(三)、负责城镇及居民用户供水设备的安装，保证供水设备和安装工程质量。
(四)、负责城区的抄表收费工作，做到文明用语，抄表按时、到位、准确，收
费及时。
(五)、负责城区供水设备的维修与维护，严格实行 24 小时服务制和《社会服务
承诺制》。按规定做到维修及时、服务到位，让用户满意。
(六)、按照城市规划要求，搞好管网及供水设施的建设。
1.主要负责城乡企事业单位及居民生产、生活用水的生产和供应;
2.承担用户的接水工作;
3.承担供水设施的建设改造、维护和管理工作。
篇二：自来水公司主要岗位职能职责及权限
临澧县自来水公司是依照国家相关法律法规和地方规章要求，在临澧县合法经
营自来水生产和销售的企业，依照国家相关法律明确和规范了本单位职能职责，
做到依法定制，切实保证职能合法、职责明确、权限有度。以下为临澧
县自来水公司主要岗位职能职责规范：
经理工作标准
1 职责
1.1 为贯彻执行党和国家的方针、政策，遵守国家法律、法规，执行上级机关
的指标、决定，维护全民利益的前提下，正确处理好国家、企业、职工个人三
者的利益关系。
1.2 负责公司一切对外业务联系，履行企业法律上的权利和义务，为公司全权
法人代表。
1.3 建立健全生产、经营管理制度，积极采用和推广先进技术，有计划地进行
技术改造，提高公司的现代化管理水平。
1.4 依靠群众，调动广大职工的积极性，全面落实和执行各类经济责任制，保

2 权限
2.1 对公司生产、经营活动行使统一指挥权，并根据国家和上级计划，下达生
产指令和行使命令。
2.2 在国家规定的政策、法令范围内，对公司人员、资金、财产有调度处置权。
2.3 对公司各生产单位、职能股室的负责人有任免奖惩和调动指挥权。
2.4 有权对有贡献、有成绩、有建树的干部职工给予表彰鼓励；对违纪干部职
工给予处分、罚款，直至开除。
2.5 有权决定和发放公司劳动保护、工资、奖金和各种生活福利。
2.6 有权根据企业的实际需要对机构设置，调整撤消及人员编制与使用作出决
定。
2.7 有权在紧急情况下，临时处理和决断虽不在所属职权的范围，但必须立即
决定的生产、经营和行政管理方面的问题，事后再向上级机关报告。
2.8 对重大问题，有权作最后决定，如有成员如有不同意见，可以保留，但必
须执行经理的决定。
支部书记工作标准
1 职责
1.1 健全党的组织生活，主持党支部工作，定期召开党内民主生活会，促进领
导班子团结，发挥整体功能。
1.2 负责职工思想政治工作，搞好精神文明建设，提高职工队伍的整体素质。
1.3 协调党政工团的工作，充分发挥工会、共青团等群团组织的作用。
1.4 按照党的干部路线和干部政策，对本单位或部门选拔、任免干部特别注意，
负责把好政治关。
2 权限
2.1 对公司党支部的党务管理负责，主持党支部工作。
2.2 对单位的常务工作领导失误负责。
2.3 对党支部的工作质量负责。
生产副经理（一）工作标准
1、认真贯彻党的路线、方针、政策，坚持社会主义方向。根据分工，负责公司
技术档案、水厂、抄表、水表检定工作，当好经理的得力助手。
2、认真学习和钻研供水业务，掌握同行业自来水生产发展动态，抓好科技兴水
工作。
3、加强水厂制水管理，保证全天24 小时连续供水，并保证所供自来水之水质
达到国家饮用水卫生标准，确保人民身心健康。
