硫磺作业安全操作规程
硫磺作业安全操作规程第一条认真执行《危险化学品装卸作业一般安全守则》。 第二条作业前必须将现场留存的煤、石灰、硝酸铵等杂物清理干净。 第三条皮肤有外伤者或有严重皮肤病者不准参加作业。 第四条作业人员应尽量站在上风处作业。 第五条液体硫磺作业时，应随时掌握流速，同时防止液体飞溅。 第六条袋装硫磺作业时，要降低货物落差，严防磨擦起火。 第七条粉碎、装袋时，必须使用专用工属具。清扫作业面应使用竹扫把。 第八条作业过程中如有任何反常的感觉或症状，应立即送往医院治疗，并及时上报。 第九条硫磺与其它货物堆存间距不准小于10m，与散粮筒仓的堆存间距不准小于20m。
