竞业限制合同
竞业限制合同甲方：（企业）营业执照码：乙方：（员工）身份证号码：鉴于乙方知悉的甲方商业秘密具有重要影响，为保护双方的合法权益，双方根据国家有关法律法规，本着平等自愿和诚信的原则，经协商一致，达成下列条款，双方共同遵守：一、乙方义务1.1未经甲方同意，在职期间不得自营或者为他人经营与甲方同类的行业；1.2不论因何种原因从甲方离职，离职后3年内不得到与甲方有竞争关系的单位就职。1.3不论因何种原因从甲方离职，离职后3年内不自办与甲方有竞争关系的企业或者从事与甲方商业秘密有关的产品的生产。二、甲方义务从乙方离职后开始计算竞业限制时起，甲方应当按照竞业限制期限向乙方支付一定数额的竞业限制补偿费。补偿费...
