Allocation Allocation (de crédits) 拨款
The assignment in writing of resources for one or
more specific purposes
Pièces écrites affectant des ressources à une ou
plusieurs fins déterminées
Allotment Attribution de crédit 拨付
A financial authorisation issued by or on behalf
of the executive head of the organization to an
official or a unit to incur obligations for specific
purposes and within specified limits, during a
definite period.
Autorisation financière donnée par le chef de
secrétariat de l’organisation ou en son nom à un
fonctionnaire ou à un service en vue d’engager
des dépenses à des fins déterminées, et dans des
limites déterminées, au cours d’une période
donnée.
Appropriation line Ligne de crédit 拨款标准
The largest subdivision of the budget of an
organization within which the executive head is
authorised to make transfers without prior
approval.
La subdivision la plus importante du budget
d’une organisation dans le cadre de laquelle le
chef du secrétariat est autorisé à opérer des
virements sans approbation préalable.
Appropriation Crédits ouverts 拨款
Amounts voted by the legislative organ for
specified purposes for a financial period, against
which obligations may be incurred for those
purposes up to the amounts so voted.
Montants votés par l’organe délibérant à des fins
déterminées au titre d’un exercice et sur lesquels
peuvent être imputées les dépenses engagées à
ces fins à concurrence des montants ainsi votés.
